Depp's lawyers ask questions up front (did you, have you) whereas Heard's lawyers give presumptive narratives that end with question tags (correct? isn't it, didn't you) that "insert" their story into the jurors' minds. Only part of what they insinuate is true. Depp, in fact, calls them out on this occasionally. As an actor, he "listens" very carefully. (3) I wish Depp's lawyers would introduce and give samples of Hunter Thompson's BONZO journalism in order to understand the "style" Depp uses to write texts. Hunter was bombastic, vulgar, wild, over the top - which is what made him so famous in the 60s-70s. See Thompson's Letterman interview. Depp was very influenced by him. The jurors likely do not know Hunter Thompson's work.
