Michigan Whitmer Fednapping Hoax State Case: Day One
Trial has begun in the Michigan Whitmer Fednapping Hoax State Case, with defendants Paul Bellar, Joe Morrison, and Pete Musico.
JACKSON, Michigan - October 5, 2022 - Jury selection was completed yesterday in the state case of the Michigan Whitmer fednapping hoax. The defendants in this case are Paul Bellar, Joe Morrison, and Pete Musico. The state case focuses on charges of providing “material support for terrorism,” and making the claim that Bellar, Morrison and Muscio trained Adam Fox, whom they are smearing as a terrorist.
Trial began today with the state prosecutor referring to the militia group the Wolverine Watchman as a “gang,” and claiming that Barry Croft was the person who organized the Dublin, Ohio meeting.
We know from the federal case that Dublin meeting was actually organized and chaired by FBI informant Steve Robeson, not Barry Croft.
The prosecution has made much so far about the so-called Boogaloo ideology, but they haven’t provided any evidence of the defendants in this case committing any actual crimes.
The prosecution is focused on things that other defendants in the federal case did - mostly focused on Adam Fox and the outlandish things he would say after being poked and prodded and goaded by the FBI and their informants daily for months.
It’s going to be nearly impossible for these men to get a fair trial after all the biased media coverage in the case. Jury selection proved that yesterday when multiple potential jurors were shown to have a bias or personal connection to the case.
State Court is allowed to be televised, unlike Federal Court. The trial is being livestreamed by Judge Wilson on his Youtube channel, you can tune in daily here:
The prosecutors opening statement focused mostly on portraying Adam Fox as a criminal mastermind and terrorist and then claiming the defendants Bellar, Morrison, and Musico are guilty by association.
We are on a morning break and then the defense attorneys will have their turn with opening statements. I will continue to update this article throughout the day.
Good stuff. True journalism right here.
I really, really wish that jurors on the right would stop "standing on principle" and admitting bias, and instead just be on the jury. We're going to lose because we play by the rules, while the opposition refuses to.
