EXCLUSIVE: Adam Fox Statement for Weaponization Committee

So-called "ringleader" of the "Whitmer Kidnapping Plot," makes desperate plea to the Committee from Florence Supermax to investigate FBI and DOJ corruption in the case.

April 22, 2023 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The so-called “ringleader,” of the Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer “Kidnapping Plot,” case has recently written a statement he would like to get to Congressman Jim Jordan and the Weaponization Committee. Writing from the SHU at Florence Supermax, Adam Fox urgently requests the Committee investigate allegations of FBI and DOJ misconduct. The case is currently being appealed, after allegations of juror and judicial misconduct as well.

The Statement was sent to me via US mail and is dated April 14, 2023. I have typed a transcript of the letter, and I will include photocopies of the original at the end.

Dear Congressman Jordan,

This is a formal request for the House of Representatives Weaponization Committee to investigate the FBI in the matter of my case, the alleged plot to kidnap the Governor of Michigan. Barry Croft and I are innocent of the crimes we have been convicted of. There are many factors and actions worthy of investigation. I will try not to drag this on, but first let me start by letting you know that in November of 2019, I delivered a redress of grievances to your office in Washington, D.C.

I am a God fearing, Constitution loving American. The only thing I seek here is a true chance at justice!

After two trials, the government failed to show an agreement, other than two guys that took plea deals and were impeached during trial for lying. The government’s main paid informant Dan Chappel was impeached during trial. The entire premise for the prosecution was based on lies and evidence manipulation.

The special pre-trial hearsay rule made it impossible for the defense to admit evidence. It allowed the prosecution to use even incomplete statements as evidence, and also admit evidence without context.

I have been portrayed as the leader in this production! However, the facts show something entirely different from the narrative of the prosecution. Evidence in the sealed discovery proves that neither myself nor Croft were the driving factors, but that the FBI, along with CHS Dan Chappel and CHS Steve Robeson were, in fact, the driving forces behind all of this. Look at the text messages from trial between FBI agent Jayson Chambers and CHS Dan Chappel.

Check out the interview between FBI agent Henrik Impola and CHS Steve Robeson, where Impola tells Robeson “we have a saying in our office, never let the facts get in the way of a good story.” CHS Robeson invoked the fifth amendment when we called him to testify! He led the Patriot Three Percenter militia that was used against me at the trials.

It’s not hard to see the truth when you look past the narrative portrayed by the prosecution. If we were truly predisposed to committing these ‘crimes,’ then why did CHS Dan Chappel suggest multiple crimes to me? My lawyer Chris Gibbons revealed through the refreshing through transcripts that Chappel suggested to me to “put a round through her [Gov. Whitmer] window,” and also “put a dent in her house and driveway with tannerite,” and to “ambush her security detail on her way to her cottage.”

When confronted with this, Chappel said these were “de-escalation” tactics! That was one of many lies he told under oath and contributed to his impeachment.

None of us were ever going to kidnap the Governor of Michigan, or blow up a bridge! That is why Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta were acquitted. The truth is we just wanted guys to hang out with and shoot guns. We were manipulated and used by one of the governments highest law enforcement agencies. What has happened to us should never happen to any U.S. citizen! I should not be targeted for radicalization by the FBI, because of my political beliefs and posts on my private Facebook page!

All I want is to reveal the truth and get a fair trial and chance for justice. My appeal is underway, but 7 months after my last trial, I still have no transcripts. The discovery in my case is sealed and so is the jury from our last trial. A trial in which a biased juror, juror #13, was allowed to stay on the jury after evidence surfaced of his bias against us. That same juror became the foreman at deliberations.

In addition to these, the Judge also showed a bias against our defense lawyers as he constantly interrupted them and demeaned them in front of the jury. The prosecution was also allowed to use our protected free speech against us during these trials.

I hope that these facts support an investigation into the FBI and DOJ for politically targeting American citizens. The truth is in the governments discovery that remains sealed hidden from the public and your Committee.
